Most of the suppliers Kelli works with have an in-destination line as well, so either way while you are traveling you will always have someone you can call in an emergency. During the trip planning process, Kelli tries to keep regular working hours, however booking the best travel sometimes means acting quickly. With that in mind, if Kelli has to work odd hours to ensure you get the best trip possible, she will!
-
What do I need to know before working with Kelli?Know what type of trip you want to go on. A cruise, an AI resort, an adventure style trip, etc. Also know your budget. Travel prices are a wide range so having an idea of what you are willing to spend will help narrow done your options! Lastly, know who is going on the trip. Travel prices are quoted based on the number of travelers. Kelli can give an estimated trip cost but it's best to know exactly how many people will be going on the trip from the beginning

The owners of the agency, Andy and Liz, have been incredible mentors to Kelli throughout her journey as an agent. Why are some beaches not swimmable?Beaches, especially in Mexico, might not be swimmable because of the tide. You will notice flags on the beach that let you know if it is safe to swim or not advised. If having a swimmable beach is important to you, let me know that when booking and I will do my best to send you to a resort with a swimmable beach
-
Do I tip at all-inclusive resorts? If you are staying at a Sandals property, tipping is not allowed. If you are staying at mostly any other resort tipping is allowed and encouraged, but not required. I recommend bringing cash with you in ones and fives to tip staff. Situations that are appropriate for tipping include at dinner, pool/beach wait staff, room service, and housekeeping. All my clients will get a destination guide that outlines exactly how much to tip when and where.
