  • How do I start working with you?
To get started working with me, please fill out this quote form.
  • What type of trips do you book?
I book destination weddings, all-inclusive resorts, Europe multi-stop trips, and cruises. I sometimes book US trips, but just depends on the trip and the state.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! All the suppliers I work with require a deposit to secure the booking, and then you have (usually) up to 45 days prior to departure to submit the final payment. When you are booking with me I will explain all of the deadlines and payment options.
  • Do you book flights only?
no, I do not book flights only. The only time I book flights are when they are paired with an accommodation
  • Are you available 24/7?
If you are in destination, I will be available to you as much as possible. If I am not available, I will ask a colleague to be available for you in my absence. Most of the suppliers I work with have an in-destination line as well, so either way while you are traveling you will always have someone you can call in an emergency. During the trip planning process, I try to keep regular working hours, however booking the best travel sometimes means acting quickly. With that in mind, if I have to work odd hours to ensure you get the best trip possible I will!
  • What do I need to know before working with you?
Know what type of trip you want to go on. A cruise, an AI resort, an adventure style trip, etc. Also know your budget. Travel prices are a wide range so having an idea of what you are willing to spend will help narrow done your options! Lastly, know who is going on the trip. Travel prices are quoted based on the number of travelers. I can give an estimated trip cost but it's best to know exactly how many people will be going on the trip from the beginning
  • I need to renew my passport, what do I do?
You can find all information about passports at the link below
  • I'm traveling to a new country, what do I need to do?
Some countries have COVID requirements still. Some countries also have entry requirements. You can find all this information at this link. https://cibtvisas.com
  • Why are some beaches not swimmable?
Beaches, especially in Mexico, might not be swimmable because of the tide. You will notice flags on the beach that let you know if it is safe to swim or not advised. If having a swimmable beach is important to you, let me know that when booking and I will do my best to send you to a resort with a swimmable beach
  • Do I tip at all-inclusive resorts?
If you are staying at a Sandals property, tipping is not allowed. If you are staying at mostly any other resort tipping is allowed and encouraged, but not required. I recommend bringing cash with you in ones and fives to tip staff. Situations that are appropriate for tipping include at dinner, pool/beach wait staff, room service, and housekeeping.
